When is the last day I can order wood puzzles and art items so they ship in time for holiday season?
Please purchase any gifts by December 10th/2 weeks before Christmas to ensure delivery (in the continental USA) before Christmas. We recommend purchasing ASAP for international delivery.
Where can I buy these unique wood puzzles and art?
Right here! You won’t find these works of wooden puzzle and Mandala art at your friend’s place or a big box store! We also do local markets in New Orleans – follow us on social media for updated locations and upcoming events.
I’m outside the USA – can I still purchase wood puzzles and art?
We are currently shipping to Mexico and Canada for a flat rate of $40 – for any and all wooden puzzles or laser cut Mandalas tht you purchase.
Shipping
When will my wood puzzles and/or art ship?
During non-holiday season, your order usually is made, boxed, and in the mail within 2-3 business days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is absolutely free for any domestic USA purchase of $60 or more! Shipping for a wooden puzzles under $60, is flat rate, $8.99. Shipping to Canada and Mexico is flat rate $40 per order.

I didn’t like it, can I return the wood puzzles and art?
Unfortunately no. We are a small company with bespoke products, and have limited manpower to make returns- therefore all sales are final. However you are able to cancel before they have shipped! Reach out to us via email with your order number.
Puzzle Solving
What if I can’t solve the puzzles?
* No worries! If you are solving our ‘Infinity’ Puzzle, that has new solves everyday, we post the daily solves on our Instagram story. We also post the full month of daily solves at the end of the month to our story highlights. For any other laser cut puzzle, simply shoot us a DM or email, and we can send you a picture of the full solve.

What are the wood puzzles and Mandala art made out of??
Wood (Baltic birch), wood glue, personal touch to put them together, and a wee bit of imagination!
How big are the puzzles and Mandalas? Are they heavy?
* Mandalas vary in size. Dimensions can be found in the description section of each piece in the ‘shop’ section of this website.
* Puzzle tiles are 7.5 in x 7.5in x 6mm and weigh 5.5oz – very portable!
